WEX Nominated for 2017 Customer Service Excellence Awards
The Customer Service Institute of Australia is Australia's peak customer service body that offers education, certification and recognition to organisations and individuals in the field of service excellence. Each year the CSIA recognises leaders in service excellence with their coveted awards.
In 2015, WEX Australia participated in the awards for the first time and won the Victorian Service Excellence Award in a Contact Centre under 100 employees category, and was also the runner up in the National Award.
WEX were recognised once again in 2016 by CSIA with the Service Champion Award in the national category in a Contact Centre.
WEX Australia's customer service team serve businesses all across Australia and are proud of their achievements to date.
The team entered the awards again this year and were delighted to hear that they have been selected as a finalist. The winners will be announced at the end of October at the CSIA Gala dinner in Sydney.
